This Index is the fruit of more than thirty years of research by Paul Joiner. Originally covering the counties of Durham and North Yorkshire, the database now includes 17 counties throughout England.
Why use the Joiner Marriage Index?
There is no other online resource that is better or easier to use that offers this type of data for marriages from before 1837.
Payment is only required once a basic search has been carried out and refined as necessary.
The search results are delivered instantly on screen following payment through PayPal, "The world’s most-loved way to pay and get paid".
An email containing the search results is sent to your PayPal registered email address. A random password is also created to allow future access of the search results through the Member section of the site.
The cost of a search starts from £2.50 for up to 10 marriage records. This increases by £1.00 per 10 records up to a maximum of £21.50 for 200 records.
The online service provides searches for up to 200 records. Larger searches should be requested by making contact with Paul to allow a more personal touch.
